SHIPPING

All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. To calculate the total delivery time, please allow up to two working days from the date the order was placed, in addition to the time indicated by the chosen shipping method.

Once the package has left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during working hours and will make three delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

The products you purchase will be delivered by a courier service we select ("BRT") to the address specified in the order form. We are not responsible for any delivery problems resulting from an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer.

The delivery address for the order must match the country in which the order is placed. Orders placed from a different country than the delivery address will be automatically cancelled.

The billing address may differ from the shipping address and can be in a different country from where the order is placed.

Upon delivery, the customer (or a designated representative) must sign the delivery note.

RETURNES

If you wish to return one or more products, you must do so within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date to receive a refund of the purchase price.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused, and intact, including original packaging, tags, any accessories, and related documents (e.g., instruction booklets, product certificates). Damaged items will not be accepted.

To return an order, follow the instructions on the return form included in the package. This will allow you to complete the return procedure at no additional cost and receive a full refund.

1/ FILL OUT THE RETURN FORM:
included in the package. Enter all the requested data, which you can find in your order confirmation email or in your personal area on the mnrl.it website.

2/ PACKAGE THE ITEMS:
place the return form in the original packaging or a similar-sized box along with the products you wish to return.

3/ ATTACH THE SHIPPING LABEL:
use the courier's prepaid return label on the package. Ensure it is clearly visible and that the return address and barcode are not covered.

4/ CHOOSE THE RETURN METHOD:

– or, go to www.brt.it and book a home collection

 

If you have lost your return label, please contact our Customer Service through the website.

Once we receive your return, we will process the refund due to you.
